Porn for Christmas in Ohio

A Time Warner Cable public-access station in northeast Ohio aired some interesting Christmas programming.

A church program had been scheduled for Christmas morning, but instead, “I turn it to channel 15 and there's this naked lady on the screen -- I mean full-frontal, get-the-hell-out-of-here pornography," Kenmore, Ohio, resident David Umana told AP.

“When I tell about Christmas 2004, I'm betting this will be one of my best stories,” he added.

Chris Thomas, the operator’s director of government affairs, told AP he believes the wrong tape was put in a machine set to play that morning.

Thomas told AP Akron, Ohio, schools provide most of the daytime programming on the station, but anyone can submit tapes to fill other time slots.

He added that Time Warner cannot review the tapes before they air -- it can only ask if the tapes contain profanity or nudity so the station knows when to air them.
