Cartoon Network said Tuesday that Delta Air Lines' Delta Express has
redesigned its Powerpuff Girls aircraft to help promote the July 1
premiere of The Powerpuff Girls Movie.
The specially designed Boeing Co. 737-200 aircraft will fly participants from
an Orange County, Fla., Klub Kid next week to help celebrate the movie. During
the flight, passengers will also receive Powerpuff Girls-themed gifts and
participate in activities related to the popular animated characters.
Customers taking commercial flights on the aircraft over the next week will
also receive Cartoon giveaways, such as temporary tattoos.
Cartoon's Powerpuff Girls partnership with Delta Express dates back to
2000.
