In Demand L.L.C. senior vice president of marketing and brand director Gavin
Harvey has left his post to take a position at E! Networks.
Harvey was named to the same title at E!, overseeing creative services;
advertising and research; on-air promotions and design; public relations; and
online marketing and promotions for E! Networks, including E! Entertainment
Television, Style and E! Online.
Additionally, he will oversee E! Networks' brand strategies worldwide,
according to the network.
Harvey takes over for former E! executive Stephen Croncota, who moved to E!
sister digital service Style as its senior vice president of programming.
'This is an extraordinary opportunity for me,' Harvey said. 'It's a return to
a company I helped to found, and I have a lot of passion for the category. E! is
a very strong company with a lot of growth ahead of it.'
Harvey rejoins E! president Mindy Herman, who was In Demand's president in
1999 when she recruited Harvey to the PPV service that same year from FX, where
they also both worked.
Harvey was also at E! in the late 1980s, when he held a number of marketing

executive vice president of entertainment Mark Sonnenberg left the company last
year to take a position at Intertainer Inc. before moving to E! earlier this
