`Raw' Pins Down 6 Million Viewers

Last night's 1,000th episode of WWE's Monday Night Raw wrestled 6 million viewers, the company announced last night.

The event on USA Network was the most watched three-hour Raw episode in the series' 19-year history, said network officials. The episode also marked the show's official move to three hours from its traditional two-hour block.

During its regular 9-11 p.m. block, last night's Raw episode drew 6.3 million viewers, the most watched two-hour Raw show since the series returned to USA Network in 2005 after a five-year run on Spike TV, according to the network.

The show was also the most watched program on cable among total viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54, as well as the most watched on television among all male viewers.

From a social media perspective, the show was the number one program on cable and broadcast, according to Trendrr.
