`Real Housewives’ Season Debut Draws 2 Million Viewers

The Real Housewives franchise continues to deliver big ratings numbers for Bravo.

Tuesday night’s season five premiere of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills garnered 2 million viewers, an increase of 25% over the show’s season four premiere, said network officials.

The premiere also marked the most watched season debut for the show in more than three years, according to the network.

The Beverly Hills debut comes on the heels of Nov. 9 The Real Housewives of Atlanta season seven premiere, which set a Bravo ratings record for a series debut with 4.5 million viewers.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills premiere along with a 1.4 million viewer showing for Watch What Happens Live immediately after Housewives helped Bravo earn its best Tuesday primetime performance in more than two years, said the network.
