RealNetworks Inc. has teamed up with Fox Sports Interactive Media to present
video feeds of out-of-market college-football games in a new $9.95-per-month
package for "RealOne SuperPass" subscribers.

The two companies have already carried three games, and they will offer the
Sept. 20 Jacksonville St.-Kansas game this weekend. Fox said it will announce
the Internet-scheduled games on a weekly basis.

For out-of-market games, subscribers must reside outside of the Fox Sports
Net territorial broadcast areas for the competing schools. Fox said broadcast
areas will be determined by subscribers' Internet-protocol addresses and/or ZIP
codes.

RNI and Fox will also offer Internet-broadcast pay-per-view games, priced at
$14.95 each, although SuperPass subscribers will get those games
free-of-charge.
