RealNetworks Rides On RocketVox

Seattle-RealNetworks Inc. said its "RealPlayer" application will offer "broadcast-quality" video fromRocketVox. RealNetworks said it will stream those videos to the company's "GoldPass" subscribers, who pay $9.95 per month for content.

Under terms of the deal, RocketVox will provide four channels of licensed and encoded video programming in genres such as home improvement, gardening, auto and cooking. Videos will be updated on a weekly basis, RocketVox said.
