Concurrent Computer Corp. reported revenue of $21.5 million in the fourth quarter of its fiscal-year 2005 (ended June 30), a 52% jump over $14.1 million in the year-earlier period and an 8% increase, sequentially, from the third quarter.
The boost was enough to generate positive cash flow of $0.1 million. Overall net loss dropped from $7.5 million last year to $1.1 million in the current fiscal quarter.
VOD revenue climbed to $11.7 million in the quarter, a 25% increase over the $7.9 million in the year earlier period.
Revenue for the full year was $78.7 million, a slight drop from $79.2 million in the previous year. But full year net loss rose, from $5.7 million to $7.7 million
“Strong revenue growth in the fourth quarter indicates our increased sales efforts and quality initiative is beginning to take effect,” CEO Gary Trimm said in a statement.
