Time Warner Cable's Road Runner Business Class division won J.D. Power and Associates' "Highest in Customer Satisfaction" survey among broadband-data customers.
Time Warner said Road Runner Business ranked 34 index points above the industry average in the survey and received special marks for customer service and billing.
Companies were graded on performance reliability, billing, cost of service, sales representatives/account executives, company image, offerings and promotions and customer service.
"Receiving top recognition from the prestigious J.D. Power and Associates study validates what our customers have been telling us for years," Time Warner Cable Commercial Services senior vice president Ken Fitzpatrick said in a prepared statement.
