Emmy Award-nominated Project Runway added more best-in-show laurels to its resume last Wednesday night.
The Aug. 2 episode attracted more than 3.4 million viewers, making it the No. 1 show on cable that day and the top show in Bravo history, according to network officials, surpassing the total who tuned in for the second-season finale of the Heidi Klum fashion competition series.
Last Wednesday's airing also rated first in cable among adults 18-34 (1.4 million), 18-49 (2.2 million) and 25-54 (2 million), according to Nielsen Media Research data.
Moreover, Project Runway was the leading show in its 10 p.m. time slot in cable and broadcast, based on metered market cable-household ratings in Seattle (9.2); Baltimore (7.4); San Francisco and Providence, R.I. (both 7.0); and San Diego (5.6), according to Bravo.
