SAG Members Join Scribes On Picket Line


In a show of solidarirty with striking writers, members of the Screen Actors Guild, including performers in some of cable's top shows, will join the Writer's Guild of America picket line at Universal Studios in Los Angeles Tuesday (Nov. 13).

According to the WGA, performers joining the strike line from noon to 2 p.m. today include cast members from Lifetime's Army Wives, HBO's Big Love, Showtime's Brotherhood and Dexter, Disney Channel's Corey in the House, FX's Dirt and The Riches, ABC Family's Kyle XY, AMC's Mad Men and My Boys on TBS.

Meanwhile in Manhattan,the WGA East, with Michael Imperioli, star of The Sopranos in their ranks, have set set up a picket line at Battery Park in the financial district of Manhattan, as the group moved into the second week of its strike against the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers.
