Inc. 'Forum on the State of Cable and Broadband: Urban, National and
International Consumers,' scheduled for April 25 in New York, Horowitz
Associates said Monday.

Additional speakers include ESPN senior vice president of research and sales

'The impact of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks and the subsequent war in
Afghanistan, compounded by the general slowdown in our economy and the trend
toward consolidation in our industry, make for a challenging and confusing
environment,' Horowitz said in a press release.

'Success in 2002 will depend on how well programmers, service providers and
MSOs listen to what their customers are saying,' he added.
