SCTE Celebrates Its 50th Anniversary

Exton, Pennsylvania-based staffers for the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers cut cake Thursday, celebrating the trade group's 50-year anniversary. 

The group develops standards, educational resources and other programs for use by cable operators of all tiers worldwide. 

The SCTE marked the occasion with a small event, hosted by CEO Mark Dzuban and Pennsylvania State Rep Danielle Friel-Otten, who are pictured below next to the technical services Emmy the group won in 2018.
