The Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers said Wednesday that it will distribute Pangrac & Associates Development Inc.’s "Tech Trainer" training software for cable technicians.
Tech Trainer is a collection of training and evaluation scenarios that uses a simulator to provide for interaction with distribution equipment. It includes 12 training modules and evaluation scenarios covering a full-range of cable-plant-troubleshooting issues, including forward and return path, analog and digital signals, high-speed data and other data-dependent services.
