SeaChange Announces Time Warner Deals

One day after nCUBE added seven new Time Warner Cable video-on-demand
deployments, SeaChange International Inc. announced that it has server deals for
16 of that MSO's markets, seven of which are live with various forms of VOD
programming.

According to the vendors, Concurrent Computer Corp. has 15 Time Warner
markets and nCUBE has eight. Together, they would nearly cover the MSO's
base.

All told, Concurrent said it serves 5.1 million Time Warner basic
subscribers, while SeaChange and nCUBE cover 3.6 million and 3 million,
respectively. That adds up to 11.7 million of the MSO's 12.8 million-subscriber
base.

SeaChange did not release the names of any of its new Time Warner
markets.
