SeaChange International hired Andrei Noppe, formerly with Luxembourg-based pay TV provider M7 Group, as senior vice president and general manager for the Europe, Middle East and Africa and Asia-Pacific regions.
Noppe most recently was executive vice president of M7, which offers satellite and direct-to-home TV services in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Austria under the brands CanalDigitaal, TV Vlaanderen, TeleSAT and AustriaSAT. He was also managing director of Canal Digitaal, a Dutch satellite and DTH television operator that merged with M7.
In addition, Noppe was CTO of Casema, the Netherlands' third-largest cable operator at the time (now part of into Ziggo) and managing director at Primacom, a cable operator in Germany.
