Dave Seibold has joined Insight Communications Co. Inc. as vice president of customer experience.
Seibold had been corporate director of performance management at Charter Communications Inc.
At Insight, he will be responsible for improvement of the customer experience, focusing on quality and simplicity, across all customer interactions.
