Sigma Adds New Software

Sigma Systems Canada Inc. is releasing its “Sigma Voice Client Service Center” for broadband-service providers.

The software allows voice-over-Internet-protocol users to access a Web site to solve problems.

“With Sigma Voice CSC, customer satisfaction is greatly improved as subscribers to broadband VoIP services are empowered to place orders and self-activate services over the Web,” Sigma vice president of product marketing Preston Gilmer said in a prepared statement.

Subscribers can view their account and service information and select new service features and bundles, reducing call volumes to call centers.
