SiTV has secured distribution agreements with Time Warner Cable and Cox
Communications Inc. for its launch Feb. 25.
An English-language, Latino-themed service aimed at young Hispanics and
multicultural audiences, SiTV will have access to a base of 18 million cable
homes via the carriage deals, co-chairman Jeff Valdez said.
The fledgling service already had a distribution pact with EchoStar
Communications Corp. for placement on Dish Network’s "America’s Top 150" program
