NFL Network will debut Six Days to Sunday in HD Thursday, Sept. 16 at 8:30 p.m. (EST), the National Football League’s cable service said Wednesday.
Six Days to Sunday follows NFL players and coaches in the week leading up to games, from the practice field to the training room and film sessions. Crews from the network will have all-access passes to follow players and coaches beginning on a Monday, documenting the subject’s entire week up to and including Sunday’s game.
The show will air Thursdays at 8:30 p.m. during the NFL regular season, with encore airings Fridays at 9 p.m.
“This unscripted show further solidifies NFL Network’s mission of using unique access and technological innovation to bring our fans closer and give them a better understanding of our players and coaches,” NFL Network vice president of programming Charles Coplin said in a prepared statement.
