Lifetime Television announced Monday that its 'Sneak Peeks' for Lifetime

average of 68 percent so far this year.
The four sneak previews of the spinoff network this year have averaged a 2.5

Over the past two years, executives at the women's-targeted channel noted,
more than 1 million viewers have called the special LMN hotline. Many of those
callers have been converted into digital upgrades, due to the 'Lifetime Movie
Network Opportunity Preview.'
The turnkey program captures sneak-preview caller information and uses
premiums to encourage local customer-service representatives to upgrade
subscribers to digital packages, the network explained in a press release.
A fifth LMN preview -- hosted by Lea Thompson of Caroline in the City,
a series that airs on Lifetime -- is slated for Dec. 9.
Thompson -- speaking from Disneyland's new California Adventure in Anaheim,
Calif. -- will urge Lifetime viewers to enter via phone or online to win a
vacation to that new theme park.
The network said it will supply operators with cross-channel tune-in spots
linked to the preview.
Time Warner Cable director of marketing Dan Dinsmore in Livonia, Mich., said
in a prepared statement that his system 'sold 35 percent more digital packages
than usual during the two-week campaign.'
