Nickelodeon will add Mighty B to its 2007-08 animation slate.
The animated series is being created by Saturday Night Live’s Amy Poehler, who stars “as the voice of Bessie Higgenbottom, the world's most ambitious and lovably unhinged 10-year-old ‘Honeybee’ scout,” the network said in a release.
Nick also announced that SpongeBob SquarePants will be back for a sixth new season, surpassing the 100-episode mark, adding that additional episodes were ordered of two new Nicktoons El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera and Tak and the Power of Juju.
