SNY Ready To Huddle On Jets Postseason Coverage

Regional sports service SNY is kicking off its coverage of the New York Jets in the NFL postseason.
SNY, which is also the cable home of the New York Mets, will air Jets coach Rex Ryan's press conference live at 4 p.m. today and then encore it at 6:30 p.m. and at 12:30 a.m. on Jan. 5. In addition, the network will air every other Ryan press conference live this week.

The Jets travel to Cincinnati on Jan. 9 at 4:30 p.m. to face the Bengals in the first of the NFL's four Wild Card games next weekend. New York whipped Cincinnati 37-0 on Jan. 3 to secure the fifth seed in the American Football Conference playoffs.
SNY will also air a special Jets Extra Point at 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 5, featuring former Jets QB Ray Lucas, its NFL insider Adam Schein, host Brian Custer and a Jets player (tbd). On Thursday Jan 7, SNY will air a special Jets Game Plan at 6:30 p.m. as former Jets linebacker Greg Buttle, host Steve Overmyer and a Jets player (tbd) preview the Jets-Bengals playoff match-up.
Moreover, Jets tackle Damien Woody (Daily News Live on Jan. 4 at 5 p.m., safety Kerry Rhodes (The Wheelhouse on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.) and linebacker Bart Scott (Geico SportsNite on Tuesday at 10 p.m.),will continue their weekly appearances throughout the playoffs.
