SNY Starts Big East Tournament Coverage With Preview

SNY will tip off its multi-platform coverage of the men's Big East basketball tournament on Monday night.
The regional sports network, the cable home to Major League Baseball's New York Mets, will air a tournament preview show on March 7 at 9:30 p.m. The show will feature exclusive interviews with coaches, key match-ups, player profiles and team-by-team breakdowns. It will also showcase in-depth analysis from a panel of experts. including former St. John's Red Storm head coach Norm Roberts, former Providence head coach Tim Welsh and host Gary Apple.
Moreover, SNY, which televised a quartet of women's Big East second-round tourney games on March 5, will provide live in-depth, nightly coverage throughout the men's tourney from March 8-12 at 11:30 p.m. (ET), with its Big East Nightly show presented by Samuel Adams. Fans can tune-in each night for post-game reaction, press conferences and exclusive interviews with players and coaches from around the conference. Apple will serve as host, joined by analysts, coaches and reporters covering the event.
