SNY Throws Out First Pitch On Miracle Mets Documentary

It was the Amazins' most amazing season.

Tonight, SNY will debut the documentary Miracle in New York: The Story of the '69 Mets. The film, narrated by Academy Award-winning actor Tim Robbins, not only chronicles the team's improbable World Series championship run, but intersperses other magical events that summer including the Woodstock festival and Neil Armstrong's moon walk.

The hour-long film, premiering June 25 at 9 p.m.(ET) features interviews with Hall of Fame pitcher Tom Seaver, Pulitzer Prize-winning columnist Jimmy Breslin, Mets announcer Gary Cohen, among many others.
