Hoboken, N.J. -- Innovative Sports Marketing and Management
will distribute two pay-per-view soccer games beginning in February.

The company will offer a contest featuring the national
soccer teams from Columbia and Germany Feb. 9 from Miami, said Doug Jacobs, partner for
Innovative. The game will be offered on a stand-alone basis, and it will retail at a
suggested price of $14.95, he added. Several systems have already signed on to carry the
event, including Media General Cable of Fairfax County, Va., and the Time Warner Cable New
York City Group. U.S. Satellite Broadcasting and TVN Entertainment Corp. will also
distribute the event.

The second event, "Countdown to the European
Championships," will feature England against Poland from London, Jacobs said. The
event is a qualifying match leading up to next year's Euro 2000 Tournament -- the
World Cup tournament of Europe -- he added.

Unlike the February contest, Viewer's Choice will
distribute Countdown, which will sell for a suggested price of $9.95.
