‘South Park’ Ready For President-Elect

Comedy Central’s animated series South Park already has the concept for its first post-election episode sketched out. Now all the show’s creators need is the final vote tally.

On Wednesday, Nov. 5 at 10 p.m. South Park will air an episode titled “About Last Night…” that will feature either Sen. Barack Obama or Sen. John McCain as the new President-elect catches everyone off-guard when he arrives at the White House prematurely.

From the Oval Office, the new commander-in-chief begins assembling his team and preparing for the job ahead.

South Park, now its 12th season, remains the network’s highest-rate series and repeats on Wednesday at 12 a.m. ET, Thursday at 10 p.m. and 12 a.m. ET and Sunday at 11 p.m. and 2 a.m. ET.

Co-creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone are executive producers, along with Anne Garefino. Frank C. Agnone II is the supervising producer. Eric Stough, Adrien Beard, Bruce Howell, Kyle McCulloch and Erica Rivinoja are producers.
