Sportsman Channel, working with Time Warner Cable, will continue its Hunt. Fish. Feed outreach initiative next week in Milwaukee.
With Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett preparing and serving venison tacos and poached salmon, Sportsman Channel and the MSO will host  the event at St. Benedict the Moor on Aug. 15.
The Milwaukee's event will utilize 100 pounds of venison donated by local hunters via the Mule Deer Foundation and more than 200 pounds of fresh fish caught during the Brew City Salmon Tournament, which will be held on Aug. 13 on Lake Michigan.

"We're especially excited to bring our Hunt.Fish.Feed. initiative to our hometown community. We look forward to working with our partners at Time Warner Cable and St. Benedict's to make this a successful and impactful event," said Todd Hansen, COO of Sportsman Channel, in a statement. Programs like Hunt.Fish.Feed provide unique avenues to help the needy, especially during an economic time that finds more and more people in need every day. We are proud to continue to help our citizens in our hometown."
Noted Tom Adams, regional vice president of operations Time Warner Cable Wisconsin: "Time Warner Cable is thrilled to support this creative and impactful event, and particularly proud that our employees will be on the front lines, serving the guests of St. Ben's. It's not every day that two great Wisconsin companies come together to feed hungry Milwaukeeans while celebrating two of our state's favorite pastimes."
