Brian Swanson has been elevatedto director, affiliate point of sale, from manager, affiliate sales.
Eric Nealhas been promoted to director, affiliate sales and marketing, from senior analyst, strategic planning.
Christopher Hogan has joined the programmer as director, affiliate sales and marketing. Hogan had been vice president of Residential Video, Voice, and Data in Oslo, Norway.
And Tonya Hallhas joined the company as senior director, direct marketing. She had been with WideOpenWest LLC.
