Strong 2003 for HGTV, Food

Home & Garden Television and Food Network may be sorry to see 2003 go.

The two Scripps Networks services posted 24% and 17% increases in viewership, respectively, placing them among 2003’s fastest-growing cable networks.

HGTV has added an average of 128,000 viewing households in primetime versus the prior year, while Food has tacked on 70,000.
