The History Channel’s 1.2 Nielsen Media Research household rating for April was up 20% compared with March and equaled the network’s all-time record set last April.
The network earned top-10 rankings among ad-supported cable networks in household rating, total viewers and key demographics, coming in No. 9 in household ratings with a 1.2, No. 9 in average total viewers at 1.3 million, No. 9 in impressions among adults 25-54 with 576,000, No. 6 in men 25-54 with 404,000 and No. 9 in men 18-49 with 350,000.
Top ratings performers for History during April included part one of FDR: A Presidency Revealed (2.6), part two (2.4), Meteors: Fire in the Sky (1.9), part two of Beyond the Da Vinci Code (1.9) and part one of Conquest of America (1.7).
