Strong Feb. for Scripps Networks
Scripps Networks had a solid February, helping to boost the fortunes of parent The E.W. Scripps Co.
Revenue at the division rose 25% versus February 2004 to $63.3 million, advertising revenue climbed 30% and affiliate-fee revenue increased 16%.
Scripps Networks includes Home & Garden Television, Food Network, Do It Yourself, Fine Living, Great American Country and HGTVPro.com, a business-to-business broadband channel launched in January.
