Studio City, Calif.-Odyssey will start distributing a parental guide to V-chip technology through 600 Circuit City stores starting today (April 10). The network last week said it would partner with the Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation on the campaign, which will expand this summer to include public-service announcements starring Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy and other Muppets characters.

The campaign will educate parents on the features of the V-chip, which allow owners of newer television sets to block their children from viewing certain programming.
