Subaru Spots Add Wink Interactivity

Subaru of America Inc. and Temerlin McClain, its Irving, Texas-based ad
agency, announced Wednesday that they will use Wink Communications Inc.'s
enhanced-broadcasting technology to add a call-to-action element to the
automaker's commercials.

The Wink-enhanced campaign will focus on Subaru's 'Outback' model starting in
the fourth quarter.

Temerlin McClain associate media director Shayne Bryant said Wink's
technology offers 'a cost-efficient method of incorporating an interactive
component into the existing Subaru campaign. And more important,' he added, 'we
will be able to measure the effectiveness by linking it directly to
sales.'
