Sundance Channel, Grey Goose To Pour Fifth Season Of Iconoclasts

Sundance Channel and Grey Goose Entertainment are teaming on a fifth season of documentary interview series Iconoclasts, with the upcoming campaign featuring such notables as Cate Blanchett and Jane Goodall.
With Grey Goose Entertainment serving as co-producer and presenting sponsor, the Sundance Channel series will begin Oct. 2 at 9 p.m. with actress Blanchett (Elizabeth: The Golden Age, The Aviator) and prominent professor and climate change scientist Tim Flannery.
Two of the other pairing during this six-part season have also been set: Tony Award-winning actor Hugh Jackman (X-Men, Australia) and world-renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten; and Academy Award-winning actress Charlize Theron (Monster, The Cider House Rules) and the award-winning primatologist Goodall.
Iconoclasts captures the essence of these headline-makers through the eyes of the creative innovators who respect and admire them the most. During the segments, the pairs visit each other's worlds and share their inspirations and motivations that have made them who they are today.
"When you look at the 60 people we've covered in Iconoclasts over these five seasons you see a roster of some of the brightest and most creative stars in the worlds of the arts and entertainment, business and community. And the unique and intimate format of this show allows us to not only understand their work, but to be inspired by their risk-taking and originality," said Sarah Barnett, executive vice president and general manager of Sundance Channel, in a statement.
