SupportSoft Upgrades 'Service Gateway'


SupportSoft Inc. has released a new version of its "Service Gateway" product, which helps MSOs to accelerate the diagnosis and troubleshooting of device-related problems, the company said.

The gateway also automates firmware and service configuration management, said SupportSoft.

The Service Gateway is part of the company’s Digital 360 program, designed to give CSRs and technicians an overall view of a customer’s service levels.

SupportSoft said attributes includes zero-touch configuration, diagnostic and support automation, mass firmware and configuration management, automated service upgrades and customer self-service.
