TBS, Bacardi Silver Set Sex Tie-In


TBS Superstation cut a deal with Anheuser-Busch Cos. Inc. aimed at promoting the Bacardi Silver brand and TBS’ Sex and the City.

The “Turn on TBS. Turn on the Flavor” promotion, to launch on May 16, includes point-of-sale displays in retail stores, print ads in national consumer magazines, spots on TBS and outdoor advertising in more than 50 markets.

TBS and the booze manufacturer will also run a “Shop ’Til You Drop” sweepstakes, in which 15 grand prize winners will pick up a trip for three to New York, where they’ll get a private fashion show at Bloomingdales, tickets to a Broadway show and other perks.
