TBS Adds 26 Episodes to 'Full Frontal'

TBS has added 26 additional episodes to its weekly late night series Full Frontal with Samantha Bee, two months after the show’s initial premiere, according to network officials.

The comedy series freshman campaign will now feature 39 original episodes, extending its run through the end of the year, said TBS.

Full Frontal with Samantha Bee is averaging 2.1 million total viewers (Nielsen live +7 ratings), said network officials. The series is executive-produced by Samantha Bee, Jason Jones, Jo Miller, Miles Kahn and Tony Hernandez.

"Sam has positioned herself as an essential voice in late night, and it's pretty clear she's struck a nerve and filled a void," said Brett Weitz, executive vice president of original programming for TBS.

Regarding the extension, Bee added in a statement: "Stay crazy America, I'll be here all year!"
