TBS' Prince Earns Royal Ratings

America's fascination with all things Kennedy continues.

TBS Superstation scored big with the Jan. 12 premiere of its original movie,
America's Prince: The John F. Kennedy Jr. Story, which was basic cable's
No. 1 show for the week of Jan. 6 through 12, according to Nielsen Media
Research data.

The two-hour flick earned a 4.9 household rating, attracting some 4.28
million households and 5.71 million viewers aged two-plus.

The movie also ranked first for the week among adults 18 through 49 (2.49
million of those watchers) and 25 through 54 (2.71 million).

Moreover, America's Prince was basic cable's highest-rated original
telepic since TBS bowed Atomic Twister last June.
