TBS Sets 'Tax Break' Stunt

TBS Superstation announced Thursday that it has scheduled a "Tax Break"
promotional stunt for April 15, the Internal Revenue Service's deadline date for
filing income-tax returns.

On that date, vice president of marketing Gary Holland said, TBS will set up
a "Tax Break Tent" from noon to midnight at one post office in each of three
markets -- Atlanta, New York and Chicago -- where consumers can get free popcorn
and other refreshments.

Between noon and 6 p.m., visitors will get free TBS-emblazoned merchandise,
he said, while procrastinators waiting until between 6 p.m. and midnight will
get a chance to win anywhere from $50 to $1,000 in cash from a scratch-and-win
