TBS Sets West Coast Feed

TBS Superstation announced Tuesday that it will launch a West Coast feed
Monday, Sept. 29, at midnight (EST).

The network's second feed will be available on Galaxy 1R, Transponder 16.

TBS' West Coast feed will predominantly be identical to the current feed,
delayed by three hours.

Sports programming, including Major League Baseball telecasts, will air
simultaneously on both feeds.

TBS affiliates in the Central and Mountain time zones will continue to
receive the network's East Coast feed.

"Having a second feed for TBS Superstation will really free the network up
when it comes to programming and branding strategies," said Steve Koonin,
executive vice president and chief operating officer for TBS and sister network
Turner Network Television, in a release.
