MTV has renewed its competition dance series Randy Jackson'sAmerica's Best Dance Crew for a seventh season and its reality series Fantasy Factory for a fifth season, the network announced during its TCA presentation Friday.
The announcement preceded the network's rollout of several new series, including the return of 1990s animated series Beavis and Butthead. The Mike Judge-produced series will debut this fall and will feature the two iconic teen deadbeats as they navigate today's cultural landscape, according to network officials.
Also on MTV's docket this fall is a second animated series titled Good Vibes. The half-hour comedy follows two California-based teen boys who look to surf the biggest waves, hit the wildest parties and chase the prettiest girls.
The network also announced a new original scripted series I Just Want my Pants Back, which follows a young 20-something slacker who searches for a one night stand who steals his heart and his pants, said network executives.
