TCM Puts On Its Smoking Jacket

Playboy publisher Hugh Hefner will be Turner Classic Movies’ guest programmer April 7, the network said Tuesday.

He selected an evening of Humphrey Bogart films from the 1940s, and he will comment on them from his Playboy Mansion in Holmby Hills, Calif., where Bogart and his “Rat Pack” once socialized, TCM said.

On Hefner’s play list: 1942’s Casablanca at 8 p.m., 1944’s To Have and Have Not at 10 p.m., 1941’s The Maltese Falcon at midnight, 1946’s The Big Sleep at 2 a.m. and 1947’s Dark Passage at 4 a.m.
