TechTV's Web site attracted 1.2
million unique users during June, making it the third-largest technology site
that month, according to Jupiter Media Metrix.
That total represented a 93 percent jump among unique users for TechTV.com
over the same month in 2000. According to Jupiter Media Metrix, the site trailed
only CNET and ZDNet among technology-content sites in
June.
'TechTV.com has consistently provided superior multimedia-rich content that
delivers the most thorough and up-to-date coverage of technology,' TechTV
general manager of Web operations Glenn Farrell said in a prepared
statement.
'TechTV is committed to providing that content to the millions of tech-savvy
consumers,' he added. 'The Media Metrix report demonstrates that TechTV is
delivering what consumers really want.'
