Telchemy released its DVQattest/RE active test system for voice-over-Internet-protocol and IPTV applications Wednesday.
DVQattest technology for VoIP services is available to original-equipment manufacturers immediately, while IPTV support will be available in September, Telchemy said.
The company said its new system gives “service providers essential visibility into service-quality problems for the fast-growing residential VoIP and IPTV market.”
DVQattest/RE is made up of server software capable of generating high call volumes and collecting performance data, lightweight downloadable agents and interactive Java-based user interface DVQattest Reporter, Telchemy added.
