TelCove, a competitive local-exchange carrier serving business customers, said it has bought out the 50% equity in its York, Pa., fiber network that had been owned by a Susquehanna Communications subsidiary.
The network had operated locally as Susquehanna Adelphia Business Solutions with about 150 customers.
Comcast Corp. last month agreed to buy the cable assets owned by SusCom, including the York cable system.
TelCove said this was the last of several joint ventures it had entered into to serve individual markets. TelCove now wholly owns the networks it operates in 70 markets.
