Televisión Dominicana Takes Manhattan

Time Warner Cable of New York
City has added Television Dominicana to its Spanish-language offering.

The 24-hour network features
entertainment, news and sports relevant to the area's large Dominican
demographic, is now available on TWC's channel 808, covering Manhattan; western
Brooklyn; Queens; Staten Island; Mount Vernon, N.Y.; and portions of New Jersey's
Bergen and Hudson counties.

To celebrate the launch, Time
Warner Cable earlier this month offered Manhattan residents a special treat:
Visitors to the MSO's 96th Street store had the opportunity to meet Frederick
"El Pacha" Martinez, star of TV Dominicana's De aqui pa'lla con el Pacha and received a complimentary
autographed photo and some Time Warner Cable freebies.

Television Dominicana is now offered through Time Warner
Cable's El Paquetazo, which combines 140
English- and Spanish-language channels, and is also available on its DTV in
Spanish package. Prior to joining Time Warner Cable, Television Dominicana was
available exclusively on Dish Netwrok's "Dish Latino" Spanish-language
programming package.
