Edward Lopez has resigned as senior vice president, general counsel and human resources at Terayon Communication Systems Inc.
Terayon senior VP, finance and administration and chief financial officer Mark Richman will assume Lopez's responsibilities upon his departure.
Lopez said he was resigning to pursue other career opportunities.
