Time Warner Adds ‘Start Over’ Markets

Time Warner Cable subscribers in three more markets will be able to “Start Over” starting this summer.

The MSO said it will launch the service -- which allows subscribers to jump to the beginning of any show they turn to, in progress, from 60 networks -- in Greensboro, N.C.; Rochester, N.Y.; and San Antonio. Start Over is available free-of-charge.

Start Over officially launched in Columbia, S.C., in October.

The MSO said 70% of subscribers able to use Start Over are doing so about seven times each month and more than two-thirds are using the service three times per week.
