Time Warner Cable is expanding its enterprise-service offerings, striking a
deal with broadband business Internet-service provider MegaPath Networks Inc.
for connectivity and network systems serving large to midsized company
Under the deal, MegaPath's business-connectivity offerings will be delivered
via Time Warner's hybrid fiber-coaxial plant to businesses with branch offices
'Our alliance with MegaPath Networks increases our opportunity to service
business customers,' said Ken Fitzpatrick, senior vice president of Time Warner
Cable Commercial Services, in a release.
'We look forward to a mutually advantageous partnership with MegaPath in our
delivery of exceptional high-speed Internet connectivity to businesses and
telecommuters through the deployment of our Road Runner Business Class suite of
services,' he added.
MegaPath's enterprise-access services start at $79.95 per month and include
static or dynamic Internet-protocol addresses, high-speed Internet access and
virtual-private-network connections between offices.
